1. Refund Policy Overview

At Charaa Fresh Chops, our primary focus is providing you with the freshest, highest quality meat and a seamless delivery experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or order replacement is requested. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for processing returns, replacements, and refunds for our fresh products.

2. Order Cancellations

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order is cut, packed, and dispatched for delivery.
Post-Dispatch: Once the fresh meat order has been dispatched or prepared specifically to your requirements, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of the goods.
Store Cancellations: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or logistical issues, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

3. Quality & Freshness Guarantee

Quality Concerns: If you find the quality or freshness of the meat to be compromised upon delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order.
Replacement: We will gladly arrange a fresh replacement for any compromised items subject to verification by our support team (photo evidence may be required).
Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be consumed or fully cooked to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

4. Missing or Incorrect Items

Discrepancies: In the rare event that items are missing from your package or incorrect items are delivered, please notify our delivery executive immediately or contact support within 2 hours.
Resolution: We will dispatch the missing items at no extra delivery cost, or issue a refund directly for the value of the missing/incorrect items to your original payment method.

5. Payment Issues

Failed Transactions: If your account is debited but the order is not placed (payment failure), the amount will typically be auto-refunded by your bank or payment gateway within 3 to 5 working days.
Double Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same order, please contact customer support. We will reconcile the payments and process a refund for the duplicate transaction promptly.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Timelines: Standard processing time for refunds is 5 to 7 working days from the date the refund is approved by our billing team.
Bank Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment issuer in reflecting the credited amount.
