2. Ordering & Delivery

Service Availability: We deliver fresh meat exclusively to specified service areas. Orders placed outside our delivery radius may be cancelled.
Product Information: The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in cut, weight, or packaging.
Delivery Timelines: While we strive to deliver within the specified time slot, unforeseen circumstances may cause minor delays. We will inform you if any significant delay occurs.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed at the time you confirm your order will apply.
Payment Methods: We accept various safe and secure payment methods, including Cash on Delivery, UPI, Net Banking, and major cards.
Taxes: All listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed and dispatched.
Post-Dispatch: Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we do not accept cancellations once the order is out for delivery.
Chicken Storage & Cold Chain: We recommend utilizing chicken orders on a daily basis. If you intend to store the meat, you must maintain the cold chain strictly at all times. Charaa Fresh Chops will not accept returns, replacements, or liability if improper storage or failure to maintain the cold chain affects the quality or safety of the product, as such damage is considered a customer handling error.
Refund Policy: Refunds for cancelled or missing items will be governed by our detailed Refund Policy and usually reflect within 5-7 working days.

5. User Conduct & Account Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and working contact numbers to ensure successful delivery.
Prohibited Actions: Users must not misuse the platform, such as placing repeated fraudulent orders or harassing our delivery personnel.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
